We are the AI tools and digital services marketplace Atomi. We want to create a Live2D mascot for the official mascot Mimi, and place it on the website's homepage: eyes/head following the mouse, clicking triggers interactive actions + voice, and automatic idle state when idle. We need you to model based on the Mimi character design and reference images we provide (or perform Live2D rigging on existing illustrations), complete the front-end integration into our Next.js site, and finally teach us how to add actions/change voices ourselves.
