Privacy Policy (Alpha Transitional)
Alpha transitional terms — not formal legal advice. Final version pending qualified counsel. Last updated 2026-06. Contact: hello@atomi.chat
1. What we collect
Account email, username / display name, avatar, wallet address, transaction and conversation records, and necessary device/log information.
2. Public vs private
Username / display name / avatar are public; your email is private and not shown publicly. Wallet addresses may be observable on-chain due to the nature of on-chain transactions.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, for verification and risk control, dispute handling, and compliance and security.
4. Sharing & third-party processors
We do not sell users' personal data. We use third-party providers to operate the service — for example hosting, analytics, email, error monitoring, and payment / blockchain infrastructure — which process data on our behalf or under their own terms, on a data-minimization basis.
5. Geo-detection logging
For restricted-jurisdiction compliance, Atomi's application-level records are limited to the confirmation timestamp and coarse country/region information. Infrastructure providers (e.g. CDN, hosting, error monitoring) may process IP addresses and standard technical logs for security, routing, abuse prevention, and service operation, subject to their own terms and retention practices.
6. On-chain data
Certain blockchain records are public, immutable, and not controlled by Atomi. We cannot delete or modify on-chain transaction records.
7. Security & retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, and retain data as needed for business, dispute, and compliance purposes.
8. Minors
The service is not directed to minors / persons under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
9. Your rights
You may exercise the rights applicable law grants over your personal data (access / correction / deletion, etc.), handled after identity verification. A deletion request does not override records we must retain for compliance, dispute, or transaction-integrity purposes (including on-chain records we do not control). Contact: hello@atomi.chat.
10. Entity, cross-border & applicable frameworks
The operating entity, governing law, and data-processing location may be updated as Atomi completes entity formation and legal review; material updates will be disclosed in-app. Depending on the final entity and your location, frameworks such as Singapore PDPA, EU GDPR, or PIPL may apply, as determined with counsel.
These are alpha transitional terms; the final version pending qualified counsel will prevail.
